Pastor Hardy is currently the senior pastor of Crossroads Church of the Nazarene just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. Crossroads Church has grown from 275 to more than 750 members during his tenure.

Pastor Hardy served as pastor of New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene when it was located on Rockingham Street in Concord, New Hampshire. He began with a congregation of less than 25 in 1993 and after seven years the building was bursting at the seams with more than 200 attending two Sunday services.

In his last year in Concord, Pastor Hardy helped secure the purchase of property on Staniels Road in Loudon, New Hampshire for the construction of two buildings that house the church today.

He is a Boston native, a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts.
